Tonight some friends threw a going away party for me. I know it's a little premature, but one of my friends is going to be gone most of this month, so it was now or never. Besides, it's better to have it earlier so that it is fun rather than being sad, right?
So, we had a Mexican themed night. It was great. We made our own home-made corn tortillas and tomales. There was guacamole (which was the best I've ever had, I don't generally like guacamole, but I loved this!) and chips. We also had fruit salad, and a lemonade pie for dessert. It was delicious!
And we talked way into the night. I was surprised how long it lasted for. We were there for nearly 5 hours! I am so tired, so I don't remember everything we talked about, but it was good. It was fun.
