Quesmondillas

We didn't have any tortillas tonight, and Ulises can't eat anything without tortillas. I always joke that that is literal, that he even eats cereal with tortillas. He doesn't quite take it that far, but he does eat even pasta with tortillas. In any event, we decided to walk to a nearby store to get tortillas. We also ended up buying ham (called jamon in Spanish) and decided to make quesadillas with ham. Ulises said that they are called syncronizados, or something like that, but I thought a better name would be quesmondillas (QUESo=cheese, jaMON=ham, torTILLAS which turns into dilla for quesmondillas).
