There have been a lot of things happening with Ulises recently. He no longer works at the Consulate, so he's been finding other ways to make money, including setting up a stand to sell tortas with a former colleague. I don't know how much longer this will go on because there have been some disagreements between them on how to run the business, and they don't seem to be making much, if any, profit.
